How do you keep shipping costs low?
Our concentrated pods are 70% lighter by weight than liquid detergent bottles. Lighter packages = lower shipping costs that we pass to you. Orders over $50 ship free because small, dense packages are efficient to ship.
Can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Use it to track your delivery in real time.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at hello@nexiqe.com.au or 1800 NEX IQE (1800 639 473). We'll investigate and either redeliver or issue a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping is coming soon!
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at hello@nexiqe.com.au with your new address and order number. We'll do our best to update it.
Do you offer express shipping?
We aim for 2–5 business days standard, which is already quite fast. Express options are being considered based on demand.
